From I-4 and Interstate 275
From the North or East:
Go south on I-275 ( Cross Tampa Bay on Howard Frankland Bridge)
Take exit 18, Merge onto SR 688 ( Ulmerton Rd).Continue west ( approx 7 miles Ulmerton Rd becomes Walsingham Rd).Cross over Drawbridge.Road deadends at Gulf Blvd. Turn Right onto Gulf Blvd ( SR 699).Cay Pointe Villa is on the left.
