General Policies:

  • Check In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
  • Guests aged 20 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
  • Pets Are Not allowed.

The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini bar snacks, pay-per-view movies, or events, telephone charges) .

Reservation & Payment Policies:

  • Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Room Charge prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
  • To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877)266-2076 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
  • Cancellations made within 14 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
  • In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.
  • Prices and Room type availability are subject to availability.
  • Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

Helpful Information:

  • A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. Refunds are also not given for early departures.
  • Extra person – $10 per day.
  • Rates subject to change.
  • All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard.
  • Early check in available - please make not of your request when making your reservation.
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for some units, and may be required for all units on weekends, holidays or special events.
  • AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.

  • No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay.
