- Your Credit Card will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Guests age 5 and older are charged the additional guest fee.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- Stays of less than 1 week must cancel within 7 days of planned arrival.
- Stays of 1 week or more must cancel within 60 days of planned arrival.
- There is a $25.00 processing fee for any cancellation in addition to any deposit forfeiture.

- In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.
