Frenchy's Oasis Motel, a retro boutique property, is the latest sensation in waterfront accommodations to hit Clearwater Beach and winner of the 2010 Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce Beautification Award. Reservation Policy

A minimum two night stay is required. A credit card is required to reserve any room. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cash and travelers checks are also accepted as payment upon checkout. No personal checks, please.

Generally, we cannot guarantee room choice, although we make every effort to grant specific requests.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests who cancel within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

Age Restriction

Frenchy’s Oasis requires guests be at least 25 years of age to check-in.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available to our guests.

Smoking Policy

All rooms at Frenchy’s Oasis are non-smoking. There will be a $250 non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services charged to any room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its non-smoking condition.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check out time is at 11:00 am. For check-in after 9:00pm, please inquire with the office as special arrangements will be needed.

Pets

Frenchy’s Oasis does not allow pets.

Lost & Found

Frenchy’s Oasis will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after their departure if they have any belongings on the premises. We will ship items back at the guest’s expense. If we are unable to reach the guest, the items will be held in our Lost & Found for 60 days, at which time the item will be donated to charity or discarded.

Damage Policy

Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of the replacement value or necessary cleaning at the management’s discretion.
