The East Shore Resort, located on the island of Clearwater Beach, is a unique property perfect for a family vacation for a week, a romantic getaway, or a longer stay during the winter months. Most of our guests come back year after year. Come stay with us once, and you'll understand why!
The resort has 14 distinctive units: studios, one-bedroom or two bedroom apartments. Studios have a queen-size bed and a queen-size pullout sleep sofa. One-bedroom units have either a king or queen bed or two twin beds in the bedroom, and a queen-size pullout sleep sofa in the living room.
Two-bedroom units have a queen bed in one bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size pullout sleep sofa in the living room.
All units have fully equipped kitchens with electric stove, large refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, plus dishes, pots & pans, etc. Two bedroom units include a dishwasher. Cleaning supplies are provided free of charge.
All units (except for studios) have two televisions; many are brand new high definition flat screen TVs. DVDs are also available to borrow in the office.
All units feature individually controlled central air conditioning and spacious bathrooms. We offer free guest laundry facilities on premises - detergent provided free of charge!
All apartments/suites have room phones. Units feature private line direct dial phones with free local calling. Computer, fax, and a copy machine are available in the office for your use during business hours. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Check with our manager for the secure password.
Most ground level units feature private, screened-in porches with a water view. Don't forget our large, private, heated pool with sun deck & patio.
Enjoy a cookout with family and friends, thanks to our beautiful tropical patio, equipped with gas grills for your use. The patio tables are set up under a large canopy, and are surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants overlooking Clearwater Bay.

East Shore Resort is located on the bay side on the island of Clearwater Beach. It's just a four minute walk (250 yards) to the white sandy beaches. We have our own private 60 foot fishing pier for your use, or you can visit Clearwater Marina or Pier 60 - both are just a five minute walk from the resort. The Clearwater Marina features one of the largest fleets of charter fishing boats in all of Florida. Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach is a favorite fishing location. Our pier can accommodate up to a 65 footer - please call for details.
Nearby, there are several restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the resort. The East Shore Resort is 20 miles from the Tampa International Airport. We're about a 45 minute ride to Busch Gardens, the Tampa Aquarium and the Lowry Park Zoo. Orlando is about 90 minutes away.
