Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in the center of St. Pete Beach, nestled between two high-rise condominiums, Beach Haven low-slung, pink-with-teal-trim duplex cottages look from the outside like the early 1950s motel they once were. Beach Haven retains its charming personality, while providing updated interiors and furnishings. Swimming, parasailing, jet skiing, miniature golf, dinner cruises and fishing are but a few of the activities near Beach Haven. Shopping Centers and a variety of excellent restaurants are located nearby (many within walking distance). World famous Walt Disney World is only 90 minutes away, Bush Gardens is only 45 minutes away.
We offer motel room units that consist of one room and are equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a toaster. These units could accommodate two or three people.
Our one-bedroom apartments could accommodate up to four people. They consist of two rooms, bedroom and living room, and are equipped with king or two single beds in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. One bedroom apartments have full cooking facilities, full size refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans and linens.
Our deluxe suite consists of two rooms and a private patio. This unit has beautiful decorations and a one person Jacuzzi tub. Our deluxe suite is equipped with a microwave, two burner glass cook top, coffee maker and a small refrigerator. It could accommodate up to three people with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a single sleeper sofa in the living room.
The two bedroom two bathroom apartment with kitchen could accommodate up to six people. One bedroom has a queen size bed, another bedroom has a king size bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. It is equipped full cooking facilities, full size refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and linens.
We provide daily maid service, except on Sundays and holidays. All of our units are individually heated and air conditioned. For our guests enjoyment we have a large patio area with tables and umbrellas and a nice built in gas B-B-Q grill. A resent addition is a free wireless internet access.

          • Guests aged 3 Years Old and under stay free. Older than 3 years additional guest charge of $10 per person per night is applied.
          • Due to limited parking only one vehicle per unit is allowed to be parked on the property. No RV’s, boats, trailers, or jet skis.
          • All of our units are non-smoking.
          • Pets Are Not allowed.
          • Special arrangements need to be made for late check in. If you are arriving after 5PM, please phone in advance.

          Reservation & Payment Policies:

        • $200 deposit is required. It will be charged at the time of your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Payments accepted are Cash, Cashier's Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. We do not accept Personal Checks at the time of check in.
        • Cancellation policy - Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, will be charged $25.00 handling fee. No refund if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
        • In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled.
        • We guarantee the type of unit selected, but cannot guarantee a specific unit number. Every effort will be made to accommodate our guest's request.
        • Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.
        • Rates are based on two people. For each additional guest (older than three) $10.00 will be added per night to the reservation total.
        • Payments accepted are Cash, Cashier's Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. We do not accept Personal Checks.
