The Inn is located in Pass-a-grille, a relaxed, friendly, slower-paced community at the southern end of Pinellas County, Florida. We try to be your oasis of calm and peace during your stay with us - feel free to do nothing at all but enjoy the view from your balcony - we understand!
Our rooms are all newly updated and feature cool tile floors, breezy ceiling fans, designer linens, comfy chairs and full climate control for your comfort. Most of our units have private outdoor patios or balconies; five with serene views of the Gulf of Mexico. All of our units
have kitchenettes to allow the flexibility of dining choice our guests prefer; grill your items of choice on our courtyard barbeque grill, and add some tempting treats prepared in your own kitchen - yummy!
Our central courtyard is a shady spot for some reading, or checking your email, and of course, enjoying our delicious weekend continental breakfasts. You might even make some new friends here while sipping a glass of wine in the evening. Our beach chairs, umbrellas and the outdoor shower are also located here, for your convenience.
Just a short stroll to the north or south takes you to some local favorite restaurants, unique gift and clothing shops, our own world-renowned jewelery-maker, and the fishing and boating choices at Merry Pier. You can also rent bikes from the Pier store, and Pass-a-grille is definitely a bike-friendly place!

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Room Charge prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877)266-2076and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 14 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Room type availability are subject to availability.
- Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.
Helpful Information:
- A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. Refunds are also not given for early departures.
- Extra person – $10 per day.
- Rates subject to change.
- All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard.
- Early check in available - please make not of your request when making your reservation.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required for some units, and may be required for all units on weekends, holidays or special events.
- AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.
