Resting behind their own private gates, these homes have been completely restored and beautifully furnished offering one, two or three bedrooms. All homes have fully equipped kitchens, free wireless internet, cable TV, central air conditioning and garages or off-street parking. Enjoy screened porches, brick patios, private gardens and new heated swimming pool with sun deck and cabana. Longer stays include breakfast for the first and last morning of stay.
Additional breakfasts available for just $8.00 per person
and can be scheduled during stay.

All bungalows are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Kitchens are provided for the convenience of our long term guests (stays of 1 week or more). Use is limited for short term stays.
For special events, rates may vary and a three night minimum may be required.

Reservation Requirements: To confirm your reservation a deposit amount equal to 30% of the entire stay's rate is due within 5 days. Upon arrival, the balance of the confirmed reservation will be due and payable and in the event of an early departure will be nonrefundable.
Cancellations: Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit:
Stays of less than 1 week ... within 7 days of planned arrival
Stays of 1 week or more ... within 60 days of planned arrival.
There is a $25.00 processing fee for any cancellation in addition to any deposit forfeiture
