Arrangements can be made with management for early arrivals or late check out times; The 12% tax not included in above prices; Longer stays may be required for holidays; Daily rates are based on a required 3 night minimum stay. Shorter stays, when available, may require a cleaning fee. All rates are quoted in U.S. currency. VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and Cash are accepted methods of payment. Payment by personal check must be made in full two weeks prior to visit. Cancellation requires a 7 day notice or full rental rate will be charged.
High season rates may apply to Holidays. Please ask for quote. Beach Side Palms does not provide cleaning services unless requested. Arrangement can be made with management for cleaning service to be provided at the time of your reservation. Fresh towels and linens are made available upon request ~ daily if desired ~ at no additional charge.
