THE PAGE TERRACE BEACHFRONT MOTEL is located in downtown Treasure Island and is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Maid Service/Special Needs:

The Page Terrace Motel offers daily maid service every day except for Sundays and Holidays. For customer with severe allergies special cleaning arrangements can be made. However an advanced notice before your arrival is required.

Parking:

Each room has one complimentary parking space. There is ONLY SPACE for ONE CAR per room, NO EXCEPTIONS. Meter parking is available 1 block away.

The Page Terrace Motel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards. Travelers Checks are accepted.

Smoking Policy:

All our rooms at the Page Terrace Motel are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee applied to your credit card. Our new strategy reflects the strong preference expressed by the vast majority of our guests for our rooms to be smoke-free environments. The only way to provide this experience is to allow NO smoking in all our rooms. To accommodate the needs of guests who smoke, we will offer designed smoking areas outside our rooms and hallways. These areas are located on all three floors throughout the building and out on the patio and pool area where ashtrays are located. For more information or questions regarding this manner please feel free contact us.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

We at the Page Terrace Motel have a Minimum Stay Requirements during Holidays and Special Events. All minimum stay dates can change without notice and there may be other dates that have minimum stay requirements.

Reservations and Payment:

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 dollars is required to confirm reservations. Upon arrival, the deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay. In the event of an early departure, 48 hours advance notice is required prior to scheduled arrival date, in order for the prepayment to be applied to the last night.

Cancellation and Change Policy:

At the Page Terrace Motel we appreciate you as a guest and we know the unexpected may occur. For that reason we have applied a system that your deposit will never be lost. In order to cancel your reservation and receive the full prepayment, we would need a 14-day notice prior to your arrival date. We are a family owned and operated establishment and we will work with you when the unexpected occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us. Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

Weather Cancellations:

Hurricane Warning: We will your refund deposit without any fees. Hurricane Watch, Tropical Storm, and Red Tide: Unfortunately your deposit is not eligible for refund; if you choose to cancel we will automatically apply deposit for your next planned trip to the Page Terrace Motel. Cloudy and/or Rainy Days: There will be no refunds.
